I like the $9.99 thing.

I think Cain needs a marketing smarty pants to do more. JMHO. PLUS A STRONG, SIMPLE, GRASS ROOTS $$$ MAKING EFFORT.

I worked in mktg/pr...and that 9.9.9 is ripe for the picking.

Here is a grass roots idea: My contribution is $99.99 plus my umbrella and chair and table. My contribution is the the stamp to put on the donation of $9.99 check of the passerby at the busy strip mall. Show the stack of the $9.99 checks from the avg Joe/Jane...give a hand-out of Cain's story.

I smell a great p.r. effort here. If anybody starts one, private post me and I'll be all in.

I don't know if Cain is our guy. But he is looking and sounding good. The more $$$ we can drain away from Barry, formerly known as The Golden Child...The better.. Oh...and did I mention that I admire and am really looking into Cain as Presidential material?

" * Al Sharpton is saying that Herman Cain is only 3/5ths of a black man !! * "

" Dumass Sharpton. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer. The 3/5ths compromise was a victory for the anti-slave forces: "

Let me clarify things here, what Al Sharpton said was that he is questioning and debates whether Herman Cain is " authentically black " .....
Anyone can translate that any way they want, but, it all boils down to Al Sharpton saying that Herman Cain is only 3/5ths of a black man.

“There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs-partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs.” - Booker T Washington (1911)”

Hard to believe that this was written 100 years ago. So, how much progress REALLY has been made?

WOW. Pretty sure Al Sharpton and the rest of the race baiters never quote Booker T. Washington.
