Full title of article:
"Sex and drugs on tap, who says it's not a political partaaay? Occupy Wall Street protesters make love as well as class war"
It started as a gathering of furious youngsters, protesting about the supposed lack of opportunities for the average American. But then the freeloaders came along. As the Occupy Wall Street protest continued in full strength in Manhattan this weekend, the atmosphere in New York's financial district became increasingly debauched.

Also, and an important note to NYC FReepers, is this sentence from later in the article: "Further pictures seen by MailOnline have been censored, as we deemed them too graphic to show."
GET BUSY NTC FREEPERS!! Get out there with your cameras and cancorders, get those X rated pictures, and post them wherever you can.
I was in high school and College in the hippie days. WE went to events like this to have fun and penetrate chicks. Well, less of the latter, but a pimply faced kid can dream!
But that is all I’ve seen here since day one. The part that makes me nervous is when I read about possible union thugs joining in. That is when it can get pretty ugly - and serious.
So was I. Those hippies and their spawn are now running the government...................
Multicolored hair. Mohawks. Dreadlocks. Piercings and tattoos. Unfettered drug use (alcohol and cough syrup? REALLY?). Unrepentant sexual debauchery.
Yep, this crowd def. represents 99% of this country, I’ll tell ya!

Rush Limbaugh is just a year or two older than me. He and I have one major thing in common - we thought our contemporary youth culture at the time was amazingly lame and just plain stupid. We saw it for what it really was.
As we do this.
They’re just like the Tea Party, DUH!!
Ever leave a bag of tea in water for more than 15 minutes? The rank and bitter taste of that tea is about what I think these societal dregs represent, and that’s an insult to tea!
Don’t you just love how the media tries to say that these people are just ‘freeloaders’ crashing the protest..lol. Aren’t they all essentially ‘freeloaders’? If these kind of people had been at the Tea Parties, the media would have portrayed them as part of the movement....not some hanger ons.
“empty” is the word to describe their lives and belief system.
This is why they jump on every lame “cause” that comes along - they have no meaning in their lives, and have to make something up.
The quote “If you don’t believe in something, you’ll fall for everything” is simply a paraphrase of a concept throughout the Bible. Humans were created in God’s image, with the purpose of glorifying Him. If you reject this, you still have that “circuitry” of desire for “purpose”, and you’ll worship something in creation instead of the Creator.

I’ve heard it described as a “God shaped” hole in all of us. And if we refuse to fill it with God we’ll work at finding SOMETHING with which to fill it.
But it never quite fits right.
Yes. Do you remember Altamont where they engaged the Hell's Angels to "keep order"?
Fox news interviewed some of the protesters last week. They asked one of them what the purpose of the protests were and he said, “To bring down the capitalist system in America”. The interviewer asked him what he would replace it with and the protester just stared at him with a “deer in the headlights” look.
“Yes. Do you remember Altamont where they engaged the Hell’s Angels to “keep order”?”
Aside from the Angels killing one totally expendable hippie, it also pretty well wiped out the hippie movement. Food for thought.
I remember reading a story years ago about the Vietnam
war protests. As one person said; It was a great way to
listen to some good music, score drugs, and to get laid.
Was that the Greatful Dead that hired them?
Yup. You would think people would understand what brings kids to this sort of thing. I think a lot of us do, but many just don’t think about it. The world is a different place when you are 20 than when you are 40 or 60. These kids don’t know what they don’t know. And they haven’t yet reached the stage of maturity to understand that, and what it means.
Somehow I dodn’t really see it that way. The hippies are still with us — many of them now collecting fat retirement checks from the public schools and colleges after a lifetime of brainwashing our kids and the public at large.
I really don’t remember who hired them. It was just an appalling blot on California’s history.
Found it.
