GOP didn’t object to tea party taunts, why complain about Wall St. protest? (Barf Alert)
The Washington Post ^

WASHINGTON — House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi says she agrees with protesters from Wall Street to Washington who are saying most of the country isn’t getting a fair shake from the financial and political establishments. Republicans are criticizing the protesters’ message as divisive. Asked to respond, the California Democrat said on ABC’s “This Week” that the GOP didn’t object to the tea party’s in-your-face protests against members of Congress in last year’s elections. House Majority Leader Eric Cantor this week said he was concerned about the “growing mobs” and criticized those who support them. He said condoning the demonstrations amounted to supporting the “pitting of Americans against Americans.” The loosely-affiliated movement amassed on Wall Street and in Washington in recent weeks is protesting the power of the financial and political sectors.

Pelosi Chokes Up Amid Fears of (tea party) Political Violence

Apparently the words "Target" as in political races and "Kill" as in bills are far more frightening to democrats that talk about beheading bankers and gutting them like pigs.

No were they getting busted by the hundreds, nor taking dumps on NYPD cruisers.

Tea Partiers also went back to their jobs after “getting in the face” of members of Congress. A tactic, btw, that Mr. Obama encouraged his followers to do during the 2008 election.

Ugh.

Republicans are criticizing the protesters’ message as divisive.

Rubbish. Republicans don't think in such terms as being "divisive" just because somebody disagrees. That is entirely a liberal construct, designed to shut people up who disagree.

Republicans are criticizing the protesters' message as STUPID. Because it is. But it's not divisive. If anything, I believe it will help unite the country against the leftists currently running the government.

In fact, I don't believe I have ever heard the term "divisive" uttered by a Republican. Only democrats use it.

Well:
  1. The Tea Party protested Congress, not Main Street.
  2. The Tea Party wants a return to governance by adherence to the Constitution. The Occupiers want to take things from others in a Communist manner.
  3. The Tea Party did not set out to disrupt legitimate business. The Occupiers have set out to disrupt legitimate business.
  4. The Tea Partiers are clean and respectful of their surroundings. The Occupiers are not.
Shall I go on?

I know I’m getting old, but I don’t remember Tea Partiers being involved in mass arrests or pooping on police cars.

Lots of images of TEA party movement people having that private movement with cop cars, aren't there? Oh wait, that didn't happen. TEA party movement people are potty-trained (from an early age).

When people have no message but to crap in the streets, it's time for them to go home.

So Nancy Pelosi, current Democrat Minority Leader was out there showing us how her daddy said to do it ~ "First", he said, "Burn down the Smithsonian ~ that'll get their attention"

Then, she had her trained thugs invite Congressman John Lewis to meet with a group, and speak encouraging words and although this group was under her direct command they sent him packing without another word.

He is currently Senior Chief Deputy Whip for the Democratic Party. He wants to be Minority Leader! Let me make a prediction ~ he may well get his chance if they can bounce that crazy woman outta' the House. Encouraging violence might well be the sort of ethics charge they could use to leverage her out real quick.

The writer of the AP article must have been absent from kindergarten on the day when the rest of the kids learned about “one of these things is not like the others”.

The Tea Party are the tax payers Washington Post.

Have you ever meet a welfare recipient that was part of the Tea Party?

These college students, that have Mommy and Daddy paying for all or most of their college, think they know the answer to EVERYTHING! Even though most of them have never had a career in their life and do not pay taxes. They just want to leach off the workers of our nation.

Make no mistake most of them are Obama-bots too. They blame Wall Street and not Obama for the mess. They believe government is the answer to everything. Most are clueless and just parroting what their Marxist college Professors have brain washed in to them.

Did any of you see that video out of Atlanta? It reminded me of some of the old videos of the Socialist in Germany in the 1930s. Where their politics has ritual, much like a religion, to brain wash these young Sheeple. They are all followers that are parasites off the backs of working and creative people.

I understand it’s easier to blame someone or something else for the short comings of the President and congress these Sheeple elected in 2008. To admit they were wrong is too much to bear. It’s human nature to never admit they were wrong.

The Tea Party recruited and backed candidates for public office at all levels of government and were crucial to Republicans taking back the House in 2010 as well as tipping numerous governorships and state legislatures toward the GOP.

Until the Occupiers have a similar record of achievement, they are just a bunch of whining do nothings.

One, she said tea partiers spit on members of congress....a blantant lie as expected from a liberal.

Two, she DID object to the tea party....blantant hypocracy as expected from a liberal

Three, she’s worth $40 million bucks yet agrees with the protestors that the money should be redistributed. You go first, Nancy.

Some of the differences is that Tea Party events lasted one day, they cleaned up when the left and they went back home with a plan to elect new people. No burden placed upon the cities in which and event was held and they took action to make their demands for change work.
