Radical labor organizer Stephen Lerner of SEIU intends to terrorize the families of bank executives in their homes as part of the Occupy Wall Street protests. SEIU, a longtime ally of ACORN, has done it before, as ably documented by Big Government’s Liberty Chick. The home invasions are scheduled to begin Tuesday. Lerner, a prime architect of the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations, laid out the Left’s plans to his fellow Marxists at the left-wing Take the American Dream Back conference in Washington, D.C., on October 3, 2011. As I stated earlier....it takes time for them to get the union members to any city. Watch for them, nothing but trouble.
I believe that if the mob descends on the homes of the very wealthy, and in some way impedes the activities of the owners or damages property, the persons involved should bring a damage suit against the protest leaders. Certainly, they have deep pockets and there is nothing like an expensive lawsuit to cause the sweat to pour.
I hope they don’t change their plans.

If they do so at the (Grennwich) Connecticut residences of some of these executives, CT law allows for the use of deadly force:
- to prevent an intruder from forcibly entering your home,
- and against trespassers if the homeowner reasonably believes arson, a violent act, or infliction of great bodliy harm is imminent.
