Joseph Hyungmin Son, 40, allegedly killed his 50-year-old cellmate, who was found dead Monday afternoon at Wasco State Prison Reception Center in Kern County.

Tough to claim you did not do it when your only cell mate ends up murdered.

The actor played "Random Task", which is a nice pun on Odd Job, from the original Goldfinger.
Still don't remember him? Fight Scene with Random Task.

Yes they execute them by annoying them with writs.

Not even a month in prison and already he kills his cell mate. Of course he is LWOPd so it doesn’t really matter. CA never goes through with the death penalty.
Maybe he was hoping for solitary?

Should have gotten life plus 100 years for the stupid movie.

While I think he got the sentence he deserved why is it the guy that actually raped the woman (the article specified the other guy not him) only got 17 years (plus 4 months)? Sounds to me like they both should have gotten life without parole (plus 4 months) then locked in the same cell together. Maybe then the other guy would have wound up dead.
