Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, sent a subpoena Wednesday to Attorney General Eric Holder as part of his investigation into the gun trafficking operation known as "Fast and Furious." "Top Justice Department officials, including Attorney General Holder, know more about Operation Fast and Furious than they have publicly acknowledged," the California Republican said in a statement. "The documents this subpoena demands will provide answers to questions that Justice officials have tried to avoid since this investigation began eight months ago. It's time we know the whole truth." The subpoena seeks, among other things, all communications regarding the operation from 16 top Justice officials, including Holder, his chief of staff, Gary Grindler, and the head of the department's criminal division, Lanny Breuer, as well as correspondence on specific dates to and from the former head of the ATF's Phoenix field division, William Newell. It also asks for all documents and communications referring or relating to the murder of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Agent Jaime Zapata, including any correspondence outlining the details of Zapata's mission at the time he was murdered. Congressional investigators are demanding information regarding the investigation into the death of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.

Holder should have been forced out after he dropped charges against the black racist panthers and then it came to light there is a policy in the DOJ to be racist towards white, normal straight men while ignoring states which ignore immigration law, ignore racism from hispanic, Asians and blacks.
All of those in the DOJ who were put there after 2008 should be all forced out .

As with Weiner, pay attention to who isn't defending him. Obama will continue his support because he's complicit, but watch the Congressional Dems. They are slowly creating distance from the AG. The closer it gets to election, the more likely the Dems will start calling for an Independent Counsel.
I’m sure Issa possesses something which assures that won’t happen. He wouldn’t be demanding those documents if (A) he wasn’t sure they existed, and (B) wasn’t sure they can be obtained. He knows about shredders, matches, and delete buttons.

According to Nepaliano (sp), this Iran guy was a naive wanna be who mentioned he'd like to bomb the embassy. An undercover agent from Fast and Furious was right on him. He had no weapons or money of his own, so the agent gave him the ammo and funding he needed. As the day grew closer, the feds arrested the guy.
The Judge questioned the legality of the whole thing!
If you don't have a "terrorist card" ready and waiting in your pocket in case of a political emergency, you create one. The end justifies the means.
