A combative President Obama told an Hispanic audience Wednesday he wont take no for an answer from Republican senators who stood unified against his $447 billion jobs bill and its proposed tax increases in a showdown vote the night before.
We will keep organizing and we will keep pressuring and we will keep voting until this Congress finally meets its responsibilities and actually does something to put people back to work and improve the economy, Mr. Obama said at the American Latino Heritage Forum in Washington. We will not take no for an answer.
It was Mr. Obamas first public comment after the Senate rejected his second stimulus package by a 50-49 vote, falling far short of the 60 votes needed to keep the bill alive. Every Republican senator in the chamber opposed the bill; two Democrats also voted against it.
Last night, even though a majority of senators voted in favor of the American Jobs Act, the Republican minority got together as a group and blocked this jobs bill from passing the Senate, Mr. Obama said. They said no to more jobs for teachers, no to more jobs for cops and firefighters, no to more jobs for construction workers and veterans, no to tax cuts for small business owners and middle-class Americans.
As the Senate prepares to take up free-trade agreements with South Korea, Panama and Columbia, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, Kentucky Republican, said the president is engaged in political posturing. He contrasted the partisan battle over the jobs bills with the support both parties are giving to the trade deals.

Um...they ARE trying to help the economy. BY NOT PASSING YOUR SH*TTY BILL.
What a uniter.
I hate to have to remind you, ZERO, that the Senate is controlled by Democrats!
Is it senility or just plain ole mental illness? (That includes liberalism as the disorder that it is).
LOL
The ass-wipe-in-chief is ONLY experienced in community organizing, PERIOD.
The Usurper is about 15 levels above his competency.
Yes :)
This turkey has it all.
We will not take no for an answer.
Oh yes you will, because there is NO MONEY!
Hey! Yeah, you Obama! Just because you are a SPENDAHOLIC, and you are terminally infected with the dreaded DEBT GREED virus, is NOT enough for you to accelerate the financial death spiral that you have caused!
Resign, or be IMPEACHED1
Why just make a fool of yourself when in America you have the opportunity to make a complete fool of yourself.
Maybe hussein should have been a little more careful with the FIRST trillion dollars in bribe money he received.

Calling for his own impeachment?
(Emphasis mine)
Nope, nope, I don't see ANY partisan politics or class warfare in a senate that is controlled by 52 Democrats!
- Signed Sgt. "I-SEE-NOTHING" Hans Shultz
Exactly, and Zer0 didn’t mention two Dems voted with the Repubs.
I guess he forgot about the bi partisan unity against it?
Soooo, no one cares that it was the Dems who shot it down? NOT “Republican Senators?”
Will you take “FUBO” as an answer?
