NEW YORK (Reuters) - Anti-Wall Street protesters say the rich are getting richer while average Americans suffer, but the group that started it all may have benefited indirectly from the largesse of one of the world's richest men.
There has been much speculation over who is financing the disparate protest, which has spread to cities across America and lasted nearly four weeks. One name that keeps coming up is investor George Soros, who in September debuted in the top 10 list of wealthiest Americans. Conservative critics contend the movement is a Trojan horse for a secret Soros agenda.
Soros and the protesters deny any connection. But Reuters did find indirect financial links between Soros and Adbusters, an anti-capitalist group in Canada which started the protests with an inventive marketing campaign aimed at sparking an Arab Spring type uprising against Wall Street. Moreover, Soros and the protesters share some ideological ground.

According to disclosure documents from 2007-2009, Soros' Open Society gave grants of $3.5 million to the Tides Center, a San Francisco-based group that acts almost like a clearing house for other donors, directing their contributions to liberal non-profit groups. Among others the Tides Center has partnered with are the Ford Foundation and the Gates Foundation.
Disclosure documents also show Tides, which declined comment, gave Adbusters grants of $185,000 from 2001-2010, including nearly $26,000 between 2007-2009.

As somebody, I think, Rush, predicted, these “Wall Street” protests lead to persecution of the Jews. That’s their purpose.
This kind of organized protest across the nation takes alot of planning and funding - I'm sure he is involved, if at least not clued in to what the plans are. Look for him to appear in the media saying "I told you so".
But he, Soros and the others really can't be the face of this thing because they are a part of the 1% these people are protesting against. Except, they use their wealth to socialize the United States, rather than promote liberty.

Makes sense that someone with deep pockets has been underwriting these “demonstrators”.
Over in Portland, OR; things were fairly sedate until the day after the first ad for paid protesters showed up on CraigList, when all of a sudden the public misbehavior started ramping up and the first arrests took place.
From what I have seen locally, these demonstrations have been little else than an opportunity for the usual suspects around here to misbehave in public. They claim to be exercising their Constitutional rights while they trash public property, put up tent cities in public parks and block the streets with bongo and bucket playing misfits who are little more than grifters who don’t contribute one thing to society. I see plenty of high school kids skipping class to go play and plenty of college kids coming by on break, along with other college kids who are getting some sort of class credit for attending a demonstration.
Every May 1st in Portland, the air is filled with the aroma of tear gas and pepper spray as this same group of misccreants takes to the streets to demonstrate on “International Workers Day”. Every nutjob, fruit loop, trufer, environmental wacko, homeless bum, unemployed sex offender, and skateboard riding anarchist with an axe to grind within 50 miles shows up and goes on a day-long hysterical rant through the streets of Portland. This time these dirt merchants have camped out in Downtown Portland for going on two weeks, have been actively blocking the streets, and the City has yet to try and do anything about it.
My belly laugh of the day comes at the expense of the City of Portland, who had to disconnect the brand new electric vehicle charging station in front of City Hall, because the douche nozzles “occupying” Portland were using it to charge their cellphones, laptops, smart phones, video recorders, and any other electronics you can name.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH…………….
My favorite picture from New Yawk is the honey that posted a pic of herself with her list of grievances, complaining about incurring $150,000 worth of student loans that she was demanding forgiveness of, while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in “Minority Women’s Studies”. Further, she was pissed because she could not earn enough in her chosen field to pay her existing loans, live in the manner she was accustomed to, and incur even more student loan debt while pursuing her Master’s Degree in the same subject!
I don’t know why the Dhimmie Politicians are so reluctant to join these occupussies out there on the front lines, because THIS is their constituency. These are the people who elect them.
These are the spoilt, ungrateful, (and probably born our of wedlock) spawn of the Portland Oregon crew that elected Premier Hussein, Sam Adams as Portland Mayor, (former) Representative David Wu (repeatedly) and has voted to approve every wacky tax increase and uber-liberal ballot measure that came before them over the last 14 years that I have lived here. These people are the result of being born and raised while immersed in some of the deepest Liberal-Progressive wacked-out bullshit in and around the Portland public school system that anyone has ever read about. It should be no wonder these people have no agenda, because they have been raised and taught from birth to have absolutely no brains, no ambition, no personal pride, no boundaries and certainly no values or standards; (especially including personal hygiene…).
Since I have lived here, nothing has said “Springtime” in Portland like the smell of teargas in the air, and if it were not for the fact that the Mayor of Portland is a eunuch, the Police would have cleared the public spaces over there days ago. These morons think they are engaging in some kind of “American Spring”, eh? Well it isn’t Mayday in Portland, but I urge the Portland Police and law endorcement around the country to call in the clans on these asshats soon, and clear the streets.
I think Police Departments need to have a zero tolerance policy on public misbehavior like this. I do not want to see pictures of some paid protester abusing our local Police just because he’s being paid $350 a week, with a cash bonus once he bails out of jail.

Time for law enforcement to bust some heads, and clear the streets.
