the property owners must be renting out the property.

That is one of many reasons why TV watching in our household by our 13 year old is limited to only weekends and then for only a very few hours. She doesn’t even notice because it has always been that way and she has many other activities to occupy her time.

More parents need to curtail TV watching by their children, but I fear it is used as a babysitter ...
