Three People Injured in Shootout Between Bar Bands (Concealed Carry Saves the Band!)

Three people are injured in a shootout between two bar bands early Friday morning-after a night of performing at an Elmwood Place bar. Cincinnati Police say some details of the exchange of gunfire are still unknown but they remained on the scene early Friday morning, working to figure out exactly what happened.
Officers told Local 12 that two groups were performing at Dirty Jack's bar near Vine and Locust on Thursday evening. At closing time, one of the bands walked to their car-the second band allegedly followed them and then tried to rob the first band. Police say the first band managed to get into their vehicle but there were several men with guns surrounding their car.
The men in the first band handed over their cash and then one of the gunmen outside the car fired a shot. A member of the first band inside the car is a concealed carry holder-he apparently pulled out his gun and returned fire. At that point, police aren't sure exactly what happened but they do know the car was able to drive away.
Two men in the car were taken to the hospital for treatment of gunshot wounds-a third person showed up at the hospital emergency room later. Officers say none of the injuries appear to be life-threatening. They haven't released the names or exact conditions of the victims but say the worst of the group is in serious but stable condition.
Local 12 is on the scene and we'll post new information here as soon as it is released by police.

Must have missed the engine. Only a chassis wound, as it were.

I’ve played in a lot of “Battle of The Bands” shows. Never had this problem.

One night we opened for a band that was on tour for their
first recording. Snobby little rat pack, they started telling
us what effects we could use on stage (lasers, fog..etc.),
They also told us to cover the names of our guitars because
one of them had a sponsor.
So I scored one of their CD’s and we sat back stage before
the show and learned one of their songs. When we played it
(our way) they had a fit. Later we caught them trying to
walk out with one of our Marshall heads. We let the bouncers
take care of it. No guns though.

What? Don’t the Amish allow drummers?!

It looks like they have a laptop for a drummer.
