Ya, but I’m all for an executive order removing any EO Obama put in place... it’ll take an act of congress and an amendment to the constitution to limit the scope of EO’s, which I’d be for.

Blingrich wants to implement at least 50 EO’s the first day he is sworn in.

Take a look at Obama’s executive orders — it would take years just to reverse those:

Obama signed 94 EOs so far.

See this link for number of EOs of past presidents:

The environmental laws, like way too many laws these days, leave almost all implementation decisions up to the executive branch. Executive orders are how many of the regulations have been created by Obama, and so an executive order can rescind what Obama has done.

The EOs wouldn’t be circumventing legislation, like Obama’s did, they would be countering Obama’s extra-legislative actions.

The congress has granted a lot of power to the executive, and until we get a president who will sign bills to remove the executive power, we are stuck with the possibility that liberal presidents can ruin our economy by signing pieces of paper.

Executive orders to repeal executive orders and regulations implemented by Executive branch agencies. You didn’t read the transcript. Try again.

Strawman. Executive orders are instructions to the executive branch, pursuant to the constitutional powers of the president as head of the executive branch.

Perry knows that Obama has unleashed the hounds of Government regulation.

Perry’s executive orders will be to get those bureaucrats back in the box.

Bully for him.
