Crime: An old news tape shows that President Obama directly contradicted Attorney General Eric Holder's testimony to Congress about when he knew of Operation Fast and Furious. How many times will the story change?

An administration that keeps shifting its story is obviously trying to hide something. Nowhere is that more obvious than in the latest revelations about the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' Fast and Furious scandal, which helped arm Mexico's violent cartels as a means to whip up support for gun control.

As the gamy details seeped out and Congress started asking questions, Holder testified to Congress on May 3 that he knew nothing about the operation gone bad.

"When did you first know about the program officially I believe called Fast and Furious? To the best of your knowledge, what date?" asked House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa.

"I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks," said Holder.

That contrasts sharply with what President Obama told a CNN En Espanol interviewer last March:

ATF and Holder’s henchdufuses were trying to arm both of the big two competing cartels. And they were playing favorites with allowing the Zetas special cocaine shipment privileges while actually shipping to them military grade weaponry.

There is much pointing to that ‘assassination’ plot being a fabrication, not originating in Iran.

Obama and his cronies have reason it seems for their near-fanatical devotion to hiding their pasts and making archived information about them and their actions ‘disappear’.

I can confidently predict that the National Archives are going to have a dearth of information about this administration once they are finally removed.

“As the alibis fall apart, the street chaos is going to amp up.”

How strange that this is all happening in October.

Just wondering.

It doesn’t contrast “sharply.” Six weeks, while on the outer edge, still falls within the vague term “a few weeks.” If he had said “last week,” it would contrast “sharply,” but he didn’t.

Isn't it about time for somebody to quietly approach Holder and explain that he can either bear full responsibility for this, or he can offer proof that this program was NOT his idea, but was the brainchild of "somebody higher up"?

I know that "I was just following orders" isn't much of a defense, but he's got to be grasping at straws at this point.
