Non-issue. What counts is what he first said. And he made it MORE THAN CLEAR that he was not about to coddle to Illegals.

I hope it won't offend anyone if I point out that Cain refused to back down on favoring an electric fence. He was only "joking" in saying the voltage should be lethal.

But, if I were the president, I'd have our military armed and with orders to shoot anyone coming over our borders. I'd give the morons a one (1) week notice on every media station in the US and then shoot.. . . shoot dead . . . I'd be damned if I'd give Miranda warnings and other crap . . . shoot to kill.

I thought he was joking about the fence being electric but was serious about there being a fence. But now you say he was serious about an electrified fence but just joking on it being lethal. Clear as mud.

No, I always look at the FIRST comment as to where he truly stands - and so do others, as in the ‘heartless’ episode, followed by immediate collapse, of yours truly.
If people think that Cain’s supporters are going to pack up when the next round of polling hits, they’re badly mistaken.
