Police say they have taken six juveniles and four young adults into protective custody in connection with the discovery of four mentally disabled adults found locked in a northeast Philadelphia basement last weekend — and two of them might be children of one of the victims.

This case just gets sicker and sicker. I wonder if the young child was born in that dungeon as a result of a rape?
2 children, possibly. And if this woman had the mental capacity of a 10yr old (as they stated previously), then yes, it was rape.
There are some things you simply are not allowed to do.
Think about the age of the child, 10 yrs. They’ve been doing this for 10 years.
Wonder if there is any illegale/undocumented-immigrant connection with this. Since nobody would have known that the trapped people were supposed to be here, they were particularly subject to abuse.
It sounded like they spoke english and this was a scam to get gov’t checks, so i doubt they were illegals.
It will be interesting to watch the race pimps and anti-death penalty people wrestle with this one.

The 19 year-old neice is believed to be the mother of the 2 children.
The reference ‘10 years’ is describing the mental age of one young adult.
It appears this may be a case of ‘home care for 4 mentally disabled individuals’ by the woman - who took control of their Federal & State benefit checks and treated them as livestock. Perhaps the neice objected and she was imprisoned/raped as punishment. Just speculating.
I think I remember that the people were taken from Florida and then to Texas. I think the people in the dungeon were initially Floridians.
I did not know there was a second group. I remember that the first group originated in Florida then they were moved to Texas and then Philly. Makes you wonder how many more people they may find in different locations, doesn’t it? I pray that isn’t the case... with the bad guys in custody... no one will feed them. I just got complete shivers...
They had good, Scots-Irish names. I don't even think we can blame "urban" culture for this one. Just pure, white trash evil.
Police have found over 50 different identities in the possession of the woman involved. They have been in 3 or 4 other states, so the investigation is just getting started.

This case is truly gruesome. The ringleader previously served prison time for starving her sister’s 25 year old TO DEATH!!! And she had stolen IDs on 50 other people.
