Firefighters in Wisconsin had an unusual task in front of them when they appeared on the scene of a house fire Tuesday. Had a cat that took a trip in the clothes dryer. I saved it by wrapping it in a wet towel and giving it mouth to nose. It live another 11 years.

That dog is lucky the firefighter didn;t have an adversion to dogs because of a book he read.

Good job firefighters. Now let’s lay some of them off to balance the municipalities books. After all they aren’t really needed and we can just get volunteers and fire the union. The union of course is the source of all money deficits in government. That and Bush.

Do you blow into the snout area or do you blow into the mouth? I’ve been taught CPR for humans but never dogs or cats.

When we were boys my brother gave a stillborn Boston Terrier puppy mouth-to-snout resuscitation and brought it back to life.

Bush hasn’t been around for 3 years. Blame our money problems (what they are NOW), on the person in Office.

It’s kind of suspicious that the dog was in the room where the fire started. OTOH, the cats did run away to the basement.
