So once again, Herman Cain said what he was FOR while everybody else was just saying what they were against, and now we’re finally hearing what the others are for.

My thoughts exactly. Waited until he saw what the public is buying before saying anything.

No no core values, no leadership, broken moral compass.

Based to the way he, the Lt. Gov and Speaker of the House picked winners and losers in Texas, he has a lot of nerve talking about financial favors. About like him hitting Romney over lawn help. Flaming hypocrite needs to get the log out of his eye...

“So once again, Herman Cain said what he was FOR while everybody else was just saying what they were against, and now we’re finally hearing what the others are for.”

Amen!

Last week, my trophy wife was asking me why I was for Cain after Palin dropped out.

Besides his many good qualities, I said that his 999 plan would force a discussion of the merits/value of a flat tax.

We discussed the hours that I waste each year collecting pieces of paper which represent tax deductions. Then organizing them in Feb/Mar the next year to run spread sheets to total the deductions.

She laughed at how I take over her dining room table to pile the cr$ap up in piles, then list them on a sheet of paper for each pile to do a spread sheet. She gets away during this “fun” time in my life.

Then, I take the spreadsheets and enter their totals into the yearly forms from our CPA. Then, we take the package down to the CPA, and he does the yearly tax BS and sends us a fair size 3 figure bill for submitting my data/work. Then, we write checks if we owe the Feds or California. If there is a refund, we apply it to the next year.

In the meantime, starting in Jan each year I start our new folder to hold that year’s deductions. Each year the folder expands to about an inch thick. That doesn’t include the forms from our IRAs, my wife’s 401k and other financial data re any earnings/income.

We have some friends, who mail each month’s deductions to their CPA and pay about $100 per month for this little freedom. They still have to collect and sort each months bs and mail it to their CPA.

Every liberal, cpa, so called tax expert/preparer and those who sell so called investments based on tax codes will hate any flat tax. A Flat tax would be the end of their meal tickets in this world.

This morning on Fox, Neil had a group discussing the flat tax. Of course Forbes and many others were for it. The left wing female? was in stage III depression and the other male? liberal was screaming as usual.

Flat taxes might be the end of progressive bs politics, and they know it.
