Best place to be when there are zombies is a wide open flat frozen tundra with nothing around for a hundred miles. Build a fort on top of a tower and watch for funny walking undead stumbling around with extremities frozen solid.
But then what if we get fast zombies. Don’t tell anybody this, but the plan is commandeer a barge, cut loose and hook up 20 yachts to it and haul’em out to deep water.
This is of course after you raided the liquor stores and brought lots of lead. Zombies really only live about three months before they can do any more ravaging. Just wait ‘em out.
