The State Department has bought more than $70,000 worth of books authored by President Obama, sending out copies as Christmas gratuities and stocking “key libraries” around the world with “Dreams from My Father” more than a decade after its release.

Why did we (the taxpayer) have to pay ANYTHING for this printed toilet paper? Shouldn't the narcissist and chief have just given it to whoever for free.

Many college professors love to write “new” editions of their books and insist that students can only use the new ones; effectively establishing a racket to keep the royalties coming in for old prof. (Hey, retirement isn’t cheap.) You can bet that all of these libraries may have to order new printings with “key revisions” of his book in the future.
