Yes, but for the most part those who have been successful, will be successful again. Many have lost fortunes and then made them again. Rush Limbaugh is a perfect example. Do yu really think if all his money were taken for him he would go in a corner and cry? No, he would go back out get on the radio and make another billion dollars.
People who are bums will remain bums, people who are successfulness will continue to be successful. There are, of course, exceptions to every rule.
