And there is the SCOTUS which is "evading" the issue. They aren't avoiding or sidestepping but evading. To evade means to knowingly and slyly sneaking around the subject. IOW, they know he's ineligible but are aiding and abetting in his criminal acts.
And wasn’t it just so very convenient that Madelyn died on election night... or was it three days before as was rumored. Then his Indonesian “sister” died when she was to spill the beans. And a few other coinky dinks like the choir director.

There was an article in the New York Times from July 8 2998 about this. It was called Teaching Law, Testing Ideas, Obama Stood Slightly Apart. It lists several of his colleagues and students and tells where they are now. Here is the link:

Not that I want to see the violence and mayhem, but unless something drastic happens we won’t learn our lesson and even if we return America to “normal” we will repeat the commie mess again in a few years.
I followed, but ended up at a dead end when I tried to find the original Sun Times article. The rabbit hole is deep but someone built an out-house on top of it.
‘Yes, we will repeat the commie mess again in a few years. Why? Answer: Our schools.
We have the godless government schools that have **always** been socialist. They were built on a socialist foundation from the first day they opened in the mid-1800s. Simply by attending children learn to be comfortable with socialism and godlessness. They must just to cooperate in the classroom.
There are godlessly secular humanist private schools that are sympathetic to socialism and communism.
Then there are the private religious schools that teach some form of liberation theology.
And....Finally, we have universities and colleges that are thoroughly corrupted with socialist and communist professors and administrators.
I remember reading this story but in a different location. It was told that Obama was removed from the plane for a couple of hours but not because he was suspected of being a spy, it was to have a much needed meeting. If you take that in the context of the Tom Fife story it makes you go hmmm.
It would be interesting to find out how Obama was invited to take this trip with Lugar.

No, that makes very good sense. It does, however, overlook my salient point. If you look closely at HIS article, it contains a link to HER article.
Her article had to be written FIRST before HE could link to it.
There you go. That's what *I* would have suggested to debunk it. That is of course, why I included the peculiar fact that the copyright date is 4 years later. (Which indicates the story might have been written at a later date, such as after everyone became aware that Obama was no longer claiming to be from "Kenya", and indeed, admission of this claim was a threat to his Legitimacy. )
I have seen screenshots of NPR having edited their story "Trial and Triumph: Stories Out of Africa" after the fact. I know for a fact this occurred because when the story originally broke, I could still see the original through the "Way back machine." Now, the original is no longer accessible through the "way back machine."
So the question remains, did Lynn Sweet edit her story (which is no longer available through the "Way Back Machine") to change what she originally wrote, or is this actually the original story? Sure, a Conspiracy Nut could have got the date wrong, and the Chicago Sun-Times, Could have waited 4 years later to copyright a story, but it is just two more peculiar quirks relating to Obama's narrative.

I just want to know if the story originally said "Kenya, where his father was born." or if it said something like, "Kenya, where he was born."
NPR scrubbed a story that referred to Obama having been born in Kenya, I just want to know if the Chicago Sun-Times has done the same thing. :)
I don’t know that we’ll ever return to “normal” because he has placed marxist commie sharia liberals (I used to think that was wacko speak) at the head of every office and department. You know how hard it is to fire government employees. They’re there and they’re staying.

WASHINGTON — Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) and Sen. Richard Lugar (R-Ind.) were not allowed to leave a Russian airport Sunday and were locked in a room briefly.
The incident prevented their departure for about three hours, but Obama told the Sun-Times “it ended up not being a very big deal.”
The senators had their passports seized by local officials at an airport in Perm. Obama said the officials demanded, unsuccessfully, to inspect the DC-9 military aircraft being used by the congressional delegation for the trip.
‘It wasn’t the gulag’
“We were in a lounge with a locked door at one point,” Obama said. “It wasn’t the gulag.”
Obama , who will meet with Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko today in Kiev, is on his first foreign visit as senator. He said he was never concerned that the group would be taken into custody, because after all, “we are a couple of U.S. senators.”

Obama , a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, and Lugar , its chairman, left Wednesday for a trip to inspect sites where nuclear and biological weapons are slated to be destroyed in Russia , Ukraine and Azerbaijan. On Sunday, the U.S. group was scheduled to fly from Perm to Kiev, Ukraine. But border guards wanted proof that the group’s aircraft — which Obama said looked like a “mini-Air Force One” — was really an official U.S. government plane, which would be exempt from an inspection.
Robert Gibbs, Obama ‘s spokesman traveling with him, said in an e-mail that “the border guards took our passports and demanded to inspect our aircraft, which we refused. We were moved to a room to wait.”
“At one point they were demanding to inspect virtually everything, including the gifts their representatives at the missile facility had given us.” The border guard said “they were acting on the authority of the FSB,” the Russian intelligence agency.
