You can’t find a single shredded... uh, shred of evidence to support that.
I hope whoever has been set up as the fall guy at State took some evidence home to bargain with for immunity when TSHTF and I hope there are some handwritten notes in the margins. Or fingerprints, her own actual fingerprints on a paper memo would work too.
