Funny according to his supporters he’s perfect the way he is.

Did he really say this?

“he plans to “dial back” his campaign and media appearances in order to avoid missteps”

Some how I don’t think those words came out of his mouth.

But Cain also says he plans to "dial back" his campaign and media appearances in order to avoid missteps.

Politico strikes again:

CAIN: "dial back"

POLITICO: in order to avoid missteps.

Pathetic.

But Cain also says he plans to "dial back" his campaign and media appearances in order to avoid missteps. Since climbing in the polls, he's had a series of fumbles and has had to clarify comments on abortion, immigration and terrorism suspects.

The media no longer has Sarah Palin to bash. They are now focusing on Herman Cain because he is the biggest threat to Obama, being that Cain is head and shoulders above Obama in policy acumen, experience, education, and leadership ability. The high tech lynching has already started against Herman Cain. He will make a great President!

Even if politico is making up stuff, the fact that he is at least dailing it back along should be cause for concern - it strikes at being overconfident when he should be aggressive toward the end

Funny but the Junk Media 0bots did not actually quote what Cain said in this story.

So once again the campaign bots are criticizing Cain based on what the leftist media is telling them to think while having no idea what Cain actually said.

How about we see the actual quote from Cain before we jump to conclusions based on what 0bots at Politico CLAIM he said?

This will not fuel claims that he is “overconfident”, but rather it will fuel claims that he is really not that interested, which is worse.

Criticized for going on MSNBC and their ilk, and criticized for not going on MNSBC and their ilk. What’s a candidate to do?

“When you’re too tired you’re not on you’re ‘A game,’” the 65-year-old Georgia businessman told a throng of reporters who greeted the arrival of his bus on the Samford campus.

It’s the AP via Politico.....but like I said Politico is adding that he’s doing this to not make mistakes which could be a lie but all I’m saying is that *if * he’s “dailing it back” it would be a mistake

I question the honesty of this story. it just doesn’t make sense. the biggest problem with the whole line of reasoning is that to the extent that he has made “missteps”, they aren’t hurting him.

I think “not prepared” would be worse.

Herman Cain has lot fewer TV & radio commercials playing on air than other front runners. His appearances are fewer than other front runners. So how come he is polling so well?

It tells me only one thing...with internet so much more prevalent today (facebook, Twitter, youtube, web sites etc) one may not need to visit all 99 counties in Iowa to succeed. People are getting the message.

Every professional politico criticized that now famous Cain commercial with the speaker taking a drag on a cigarette at the end. Yet Cain’s campaign contributions have accelerated since that commercial.

So, how can you be sure dialing back physical travel is a mistake?
