Illinois Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin told the Chicago Tribune that if the 2012 election is a “referendum” on President Barack Obama, then Democrats are “in trouble.” In an interview Thursday for the Tribune’s “Chicago Live” series, Durbin was asked about the election.
“If it is a referendum, then we’re in trouble because the economy’s not good and people’ll say, ‘well, I just want to make it clear I don’t like the way things are,’” Durbin said.

It's not just the economy that stinks. Big government stinks, record debt and deficits stink, crony capitalism stinks, socialism stinks, the failure to secure the borders stinks, the lack of a coherent foreign policy stinks (who are we kidding, the lack of any foreign policy, coherent or otherwise stinks), the health-care "reform" stinks, the lies coming out of hussein stink, the condescension coming from hussein stinks, the complete and utter failure as Commander in Chief stinks. In short Dick, there isn't one thing hussein has done that doesn't stink. He is a complete and abject failure by any measure. Worse, Dick, you 'rats have helped him along, every step of the way. Remember in November!
