A rat invention solely for the rats enjoyment. Two examples..... I know of a middleaged immigrant family (non mexican)through a friend. The whole family just came back from a cruise, no one works they all collect from many programs and one of them is SS. An American black women in an interview is unemployed and demands that SS is owed to her because she worked a whole month as a bus driver. Non mexican immigrants landing in this country are given SS literally on the tarmack. The looting contiues with the blessings of the rats. There's a million stories out there, Tell me Im lying

You aren't lying, we have such a stupid government that of course we are drawing leeches from across the world to suck up free money that we don't have.

America is quickly going the way of Greece... Lazy bums who refuse to work, this #OWS is mimicking what occurred in Greece to start off their economic collapse. Lazy bums who just want to complain and demand they are owed a living.

I'm 28 and know that there will be no SS for me. That is why I invest my money. The future is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, this is not taught at the high school level nor at many colleges. The most education I received regarding investing came in Graduate School as one of my professors was a part time investment adviser who told us how we would look back at now (then it was 2008 when the Dow was around 7000) and regret not investing. I bought some stocks and even though I still believe we are in a Depression, those stocks rose dramatically and I literally doubled my money in the stock market.

It wasn't that hard but when you have bums who think that there will always be a gravy train, nothing will change their minds. They think the world is a "Robin Hood" world, and think Uncle Sam will bail them out. How wrong they are.

Can't say you're lying, but your two examples are exaggerations.
While the black, female bus driver can demand SS, she is far from meeting the requirement ... essentially needing 10 years of work to qualify.
Same goes for the "immigrants on the tarmac." Nonsense.
While both of your examples may qualify for some other Dem handout, true SS isn't one of them.

my former wife was a claims rep for SSA...just about every night of her working days of our marriage for 14 years, she came home with one of those "million stories"..and just about always something new and different...one of the most memorable for me was when social security reps had to honor birthday pics of young kids in "birthdays this week" columns of newspapers as proof of id for an SSN...you know sweet little Jamal, son of Leroy Washington and Denise Jones celebrates his 4th birthday this week..three months later in the same column, Jamal's pic was now a pic of some other name, celebrating his 5th birthday, son of Joe and Tamika...and of course, once that ssn is established, then comes the ssi....millions of stories of fraud....millions..

What you do have is refugee relief which is administered by State Department (although I think the disbursements are actually managed by Social Security Administration).

We have several neighbors who received something near $100 a month while they were in temporary US refugee camps, and then some rent money while they found jobs in a destination city. It's not a whole lot ~ not something you could start a business with, or even buy a junk car.

For all the years SS was bringing in all that extra cash the politicians saw those dollars and used them to buy votes (what's new?). There are so many things paid out under SS that has nothing to do with retirement that it makes me sick.

I do not know the numbers but I wonder how solvent SS would be if the crooks in Congress did not spend any of the SS money, throughout history, except to pay out for retirees?
