24-year-old Luis Flamenco, an illegal Honduran national, is in the Orleans County Jail after admitting to stabbing 45-yearold Kathleen Byham. Police say Byham resisted Flamenco, and he stabbed her over and over again. She was rushed to the Medina Memorial Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead a short time later.

He stabbed to death the mother of an 8 year old child who Americans refused to stab.
Ladies, it's a good idea to have your hand on your gun when you are walking through parking lots, day or night. Be aware of your surroundings and the people around you. Being deep in conversation on your cell phone is also not a good idea.
If you don't have a gun, get one, and learn how to use it. Practice, practice, practice until it becomes an extension of your arm.

It sound to me like he did it because she was "white". If that's the case, I'm pretty sure that La Raza has "got his back".
Well—as I recall, NY is not the easiest state to get a license, but I sure liked what that sheriff was saying..........
I live in TX—but I think I do remember being told that NYC is very strict, and upstate NY is easier to get a C & C. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

It’s not that easy. Hubby is squeaky clean and it took 9 months but he did get one. His friend didn’t, seems he had some driving infractions in his past.
This was some years ago, I guess the time is cut down to a 5-6 month wait now. Worth it though, some areas near me ( just outside of Buffalo) I won’t go into even in daylight.
Basically in Tx if you are a not a Felon and have no record of domestic violence you can have a CHL.
I still resent it, though, in some ways.
Which other part of the Bill of Rights does one have to jump through hoops to be able to exercise that right?

I was only pointing out that it’s pretty easy here in Tx, as compared to places like NY.
Heck, I think guys that live in single wides should be able to get them if they aren’t criminals.
