I used to enjoy an occasional visit to Bourbon Street. I wouldn’t go there again. It’s sad to see such a great place turn into a gang infested war zone.

The latest spin heard locally is that this was an ‘anomaly’!
And also- the innocent bystanders shot were just ‘in the wrong place at the wrong time’.
If the main tourist attraction in N.O.- the Vieux Carre- is the wrong place, and night is the wrong time- there’s your epitaph for the city!

Oh yeah- inanimate objects up and kill people all the time!
Every night, guns in gun stores ESCAPE and go out and kill people, they just do it real fast and sneaky! Then they go back to the shops and THAT’S why there are so many unsolved crimes!
I could scream!
