Peshawar, The holly place for Hindu Community has reopened after 60 years in Peshawar. The Mandir (Holly place) is situated at Gor Gatri Peshawar. Peshawar high court has order to open the Holly place of Minority. The Mandir is 160 year old and have historical importance.

The holly place open today on Wednesday for Hindu Community for prayers, in this Mandir more then 30 local Hindu communities attend the ceremony at Gor Gatri Peshawar. On first day the Hindu Minority celebrated Dewali there.

According to Kaka Ram who’s the Resident of Peshawar and belong to elder of Hindu Community, that 60 year back the local administration start developmental works on Gor Gatri and they close the Guru Gorak Nath Mandir. That time administration talk with to my mother that after completing the work the Mandir will reopen, but they didn’t reopen the Mandir. After the closure of the Guru Gorak Nath Mandir Hindu Community face problem during their celebration.

He said that his mother goes against the Administration decision in Peshawar High Court and the Court ordered to reopen the Mandir , so after 60 year the historical Mandir Reopen at Tehsil Gor Gatri area in Peshawar city. Kaka Ram is happy now and said that reopening of Mandir is good for Hindu Community and our young generation will know about the Historical Mandir.

He demands from the Provincial Government that gives security to Holly place, because the walls of the Mandir are short and government rebuild the wall. Currently the department of Auqaf mostly manages the historical places in KP Province.

I expect the place to be bomb attacked within 30 days.
The Muslim Brotherhood will not allow the historical Hindu community to regain strength in Pakistan.

Just my opinion and prediction.

Another comment about this news.
Do you think this is related to the Pakistani Cabinet approving MFN status for India?
