Is there another shoe? If so, how big? And how hard might it come down on Herman Cain, who so far, has managed to deflect — albeit awkwardly — the allegations of sexual harassment swirling around him this week?
“She’s been very upset about this since the story broke last Sunday because Mr. Cain has been giving the impression she came out and made false allegations,” Joel Bennett, the lawyer for one of Cain’s accusers said in an interview on CNN last night. “That’s certainly not true and she’s still deciding once we hear from the Restaurant Association what she’ll do — if they’ll waive the confidentiality. Until they do that, she’s not going to speak out.”

Nobody knows who "she" is - she is forbidden from disclosing. Since the story is out, it would see "she" has already broken her pledge and should forfeit the sum paid, plus damages and interest.
From my experience: since the “Peyton Place” environment in the 70s to the present day - women have acheived income and power parity. No wiggle room to claim sexist bias for failure to succeed - so drama queens resort to claiming sexual overtures. Especially the incompetent who can’t get ahead with hard work and ability.
As for the exhibitionists; provocative clothing should be considered ‘sexually inappropriate’ if it causes an embarrassing, hostile/disruptive environment for other men and women.
If a company wants to avoid nuisance lawsuits they should clearly spell out dress and language codes - while on the clock and on the premises. The immature need guidelines and boundaries; adults don’t.

Its amazing how they've come unglued in the last week. They seem to be terrified of Mr. Cain and are throwing everything at him that they can come up with (true, imagined, or exaggerated)...
Same reaction that they had against Sarah Palin. Conservative women and Conservative black men aren't allowed. Women and blacks must stay on the Democrat plantation - and those that leave must be made an example. Besides that you have the general marxism vs Capitalism, and atheists vs. Christian, theme also going on. The Media is unglued - and they are doing all they can to stop Mr. Cain.
Wisdom is only in ignoring them. The hours of my day are too precious to me to include the reading of lies. Herman Cain is my candidate and Herman Cain ill always be my candidate.
Sonebody has, and I'm reasonably sure it wasn't Cain. It doesn't take a genius to conclude she's the source of the kerfluffle.
So if it was she who violated the confidentiality agreement, can we throw her in jail? Can they get their money back?
I have no idea what happens in that situation.
Any new chick that comes into our office would most probably be “offended” at our joking with the boss.
We are SO politically incorrect, but it makes us laugh our butts off.
But since we know this, we keep it silent, amongst the few who actually have a sense of humor.
