And the mother has to endure additional trauma with the taunts by this piece of excrement.

Couple all that with the fact that our fair State has effectively ended the death penalty. So we’ll get to pay to feed, house, and medic this animal for the rest of his life.
What he deserves is a fair trial and a first class hanging.

They let this loser out on parole and it cost a child her life. Whoever was responsible for that decision can never give her back to her parents.

In cases like this, “cruel and unusual,” should be defined applying the criminal’s own criteria. By his standards, multiple stabbings and psychological torture are well within the realm of acceptable behavior and he should be treated to the same.

He had problems, psychiatric problems. He needs an assessment.
What caliber would you like for that assessment? I think .45 is good.

I'm hearing a report almost daily in San Diego of someone assaulted or killed by persons recently released from prison. Many of those criminals on the street are the consequence of a judicial order to reduce crowding in the prisons. My personal opinion is that the judge who issued that ruling and remedy should be charged as an accessory to any murder committed by individuals released under that ruling. If that has a "chilling effect" on the judiciary, then that accomplishes the intent. Sitting in a black robe should not immunize a judge from responsibility for a bad decision. Releasing a convicted felon on the streets is no different than turning loose a vicious dog in a crowd of people.

If hes fit for trial, why is he doing so much negativity in custody? Dantzler said he told the judge in 2002. Throwing feces on the guards. You dont do stuff like that. My grandma did not raise us to be like that. And there you have it, America 2011, in so much of a nutshell.
