I assume the second woman, the one who settled for $45,000, is also now freed from the confidentiality agreement and free to speak.
Does that waiver apply only to today’s statement or is it a general waiver that would allow her to speak if she changes her mind down the road?Of course it's open-ended. They are obviously not interested in trying to accomplish the impossible: keeping a lid on this.
The question is, what is the "this". Obviously it's nothing, or the woman would have spoken today.
