WASHINGTON - The United States would be "satisfied" if fair parliamentary elections in Egypt produced a Muslim Brotherhood victory, President Barack Obama's pointman for democratic transitions in the Middle East said Friday.
"I think the answer is yes, I think we will be satisfied, if it is a free and fair election," the newly appointed special co-ordinator for Middle East transitions, William Taylor, said when asked about what the U.S. reaction would be if the Islamist party comes out ahead in elections starting this month.
"What we need to do is judge people and parties and movements on what they do, not what they're called," Taylor told a forum at the Atlantic Council, a Washington think-tank.
In June Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Washington had been in "limited contacts" with the Muslim Brotherhood as part of an effort to adjust to Egypt's political upheaval.

The Arab Springtime for Hitler accomplishes two goals: 1)It disposes of us by destroying our economy via fuel dependency and terror threat; 2) When all the Mideast except for Israel (assuming she survives) is fully officially terrorist, there will be no compunction by those in charge against nuking every single one of the Arab Spring countries out of existence.
I'm sure the Islamists are expecting that THEY will surprise us first, but I don't think so. Pretty rotten either way.

What they do is why they were banned in countries like Egypt and Tunisia till this year. It wasn't their name in English translation which Barry's middle east peace sub Czar seems to be implying. But who knows, maybe they won't continue doing what they've been doing the last 8 1/2 decades.
In checking out my ping list earlier, I saw an article preceding this one titled “U.S. concerned Israel could strike Iran”. When you look at that and then the title of THIS article, it tells us all we need to know about BHO’s “foreign policy”.
And now, some pundits predict that because of our abysmal economy, BHO will increasingly campaign on his foreign policy!

I read a story some time ago going back to Bill/Hill’s college days when he had to apologize to a Jewish friend about her rudeness due to pro-Palestinian beliefs.
She’s been anti-semitic going waaaaay back. I used to think she wouldn’t be as bad a prez as BHO - but now I think she’d be equally dangerous in light of that. (Of course, they’re both also NWO promoters.)
I pray she doesn’t decide to run again because I think she’d win. We have a good shot at beating BHO - but her? Not so much.

Then there’s Ron Paul who just thinks we should “mind our own business”. Did you all see his INSANE interview on FNS where he gabbed on again about poor little Iran and how we should “offer them friendship”???
That guy needs to be muzzled. It figures he won the Illinois poll. BHO’s thug buddies probably arranged that.
Truer words were never spoken and your tag line says it all. I’ve said the same many times - when you realize this, you can predict his next “foreign policy” moves: remove all M.E. leaders who’ve gotten along with Israel through organized, funded revolutions and replace them with radicals who are bent on wiping out Israel. And for those that are already in power (like Ahmedinejad), if their people rise up and attempt revolt, look the other way and don’t lift a finger to support those struggling people.
I just pray that come next November, ALL FReepers and non-fans of BHO will realize that uniting to defeat him is a literal life and death matter. None of our candidates hate America and, except for ONE, they don’t hate Israel either.

Sure. Hitler’s no longer around, and neither is the Grand Mufti. What’s the worst that could happen? Their name has the word “brotherhood” in it, and that’s usually a good thing.
The Nazi Party might come back into power in Germany, but let’s not judge people by their name, but on what they do. National Socialist Worker’s Party has a nice ring to it. Workers should be allowed to party, too.
