Nancy Pelosi and John Boehner faced questions from "60 Minutes" yesterday on alleged conflict of interest, and my colleagues report:
According to Pelosis office, 60 Minutes told them its upcoming report is based on a book by conservative writer Peter Schweizer, a fellow at the Hoover Institution whose previous books include, Do as I Say (Not as I Do): Profiles in Liberal Hypocrisy and Architects of Ruin: How Big Government Liberals Wrecked the Global Economy and How They Will Do It Again if No One Stops Them.
Schweizer is also Sarah Palin's speechwriter, and this does seem right up her alley.

Okay I will say, I wondered about Sarah saying she would do well on the sidelines....
Perhaps I will wait until Sunday's airing to judge her....lol

As noted in the comment section Schweizer is not her speech writer but a policy adviser.

No telling what and how many irons she has in the fire.
Something tells me she didn’t retreat back to AK to knit booties for Trig. Not that she couldn’t, or hasn’t; Sarah’s a multi-tasker.

I think she was really blown away by so many of her so called supporters that turned on her.
For sure I never did!

Cause...an RNC chairman is the faceplate for backdoor deals...not a place for her at all.

Feelings ran deep for her...I felt mine in pain. Not so much that she was not running...but for the fact I really did view her as the last hope....lol
However, time does heal.

Anybody? Any news on whether the Palins bought that house in Arizona or not?
To: winoneforthegipper
Just in case there is any confusion, I love and respect Sarah, regardless of her decision not to run

Thank you for your response. However, I believe she could be the one to put the RNC on a clear plane, no backdoor this, or that. I believe that is what the RNC needs ... purity of intent. Lay it out for the American people, just honesty. And I , for one, believe that is what is needed. And I, for one, believe she is the one that could do it.

Please keep in mind, Sarah said she would not seek the GOP nomination for POTUS, how about the TEA Party ticket?
