I stand firm that technically while Obama may be signing documents in the Oval Office and sleeping in the Whitehouse legally for all the right reasons he failed to qualify thus his place in history as POTUS can be challenged, as it will be eventually.

To pick a better President, just close your eyes, open a Manhattan (or Queens) phone directory and run you finger down the page and stop - now open your eyes. I guarantee this person will make a better President than Barack Hussein Soetero Obama.

Technically, The Office of President of The United States has been vacant since noon January 20, 2009. 0bama is not, and can never be, qualified for the office he has usurped since then. All laws, treaties, executive (dictatorial) orders, proclamations, etc. issued by him are null and void.
