I’m not skipping ETL’s posts.

It’s invaluable information when you are debating friends, or writing and you need to source a point of contention. It’s great because it’s hard for me to keep track of some of that information in my head - especially when I need online sources. I don’t assume ETL thinks I’m an IDIOT. I also keep in mind that there are others - liberals and lurkers alike, who come to FR on occasion, and may NOT know what us “political junkies” are well aware of.

It’s not hurting anything as far as I can tell. Plus, it’s a lot of work to do to have it all together like that. May I ask why it bothers you so much?

It bothers me as well because it can suck a lot of bandwidth and slow down the loading of pages. It also makes the pages impossible to view as a pratical matter if you're accessing FR from a mobile device. And there's absolutely no reason someone can't put that stuff on their home page so that interested people can read it there rather than posting it in multiple threads.

Just my opinion, and obviously, others have their own.

LR - did you get my freepmail some days ago, I hope?

BTW ETL’s don’t bother me at all. Not everyone knows all that stuff, I just thought on this thread of copying it and posting elsewhere.

I was perfectly willing to skip them, because I figured someone may appreciate them. I don’t appreciate his attitude when being asked to stop.

Ditto!!! Knowledge is power and every American should be well-armed in this era of revolution. We didn’t ask for this at our current point in history, but it IS up to us to ensure the safety and future of our republic.

Thanks! You and the others did a better job explaining what I do than I did. :)
