No he hasn’t he is just spouting the new talking point, “Cain is inept”.

It is framed a bit differently but it is posted so consistently across political forums, twitter, facebook and comment section of news stories, it is too much of a coincidence to believe that SO MANY people could have this exact same random opinion. Based on, well, nothing.

Someone had to backtrack pretty quick when the sexual harrasment story started unraveling - and decide to make the story about “Cain’s poor handling” of things. As well as “his numbers are dropping” That isn’t flying either. Thanks to the internet and social media, people can get facts and watch interviews for themselves.

The internet and social media may have just turned the tied against the complicit news media

I was in shock, so I didn’t hear the context. I could not believe Hannity mentioned the words,I was taken aback.

"So according to your weak standards of guilt, Cain wins. "

I'm not assigning guilt.

I AM saying the story has taken on enough life to sour enough voters...without regard to the veracity of the "accusations"...that he is toast.

I like Cain. I don't know if he did these things or not and I DON'T CARE.

Just commentary on the political reality of it.

As “Uncle Walter” Cronkite used to falsely say, “That’s the way it is.”

Yes, but we seem to forget that Cain was already married and not exactly looking for a long-term relationship. He obviously went after people he thought were vulnerable, not interested in anything more than a fling, and probably did this on many occasions with people who did not complain because it was their habit to have a one-night stand on a business trip. Don’t forget, Cain’s wife did not accompany him to DC most of the time, so he was basically a traveling salesman, footloose and fancy free. This pattern (and he was clearly acting like a rock star, finding an attractive groupie in the audience and sending a minion to invite her out with him) may show something unpleasant about his personal morality and trustworthiness. However, what is disturbing is that on a couple of the known occasions, this seems to have involved taking advantage of a workplace inferior. In one of the settlements, it was said to be a young woman whom he had gotten drunk with at dinner; in the Bialek case, it was a job seeker. He wasn’t planning on marrying them.

If correct, you have written the political obituary of Herman Cain. If more and more of these women keep coming out of the woodwork, the anti-Cain people will believe the tales and think they are "mostly true." There will be too much smoke to survive even if no flame.

In these cases of hearsay smears, lies, allegations, innuendos, etc., Cain has got to stand firm and fight back. Otherwise this will be the defacto strategy of the demoRATs to simply find some useful idiots who will “allege” that something happened years ago, and all of a sudden the conservative candidates is supposed to answer to hearsay attacks? We are in a war in this country against a cabal of evil comprised of demoRATs, unions, teacher unions, elitists, gays, perpetually aggrieved minorities. If we don’t fight back now, we are plunging toward the final destruction of our nation, courtesy of all those groups I just mentioned. Who would have thought that our nation would be destroyed like this? May God help us. I wish I had the power of Moses, I would afflict Biblical plagues upon every demoRAT constituency group, including 0dumb0 in the WH.

So what did you think of the Cain presser ?

What I heard was terrific, but after the 3rd Q they switched back to Hannity.
