Ha ha, that's a good one. Leftists dominated the universities long before the Boomers started going to college. Leftists had been entrenched for decades before Boomers started attending.

As enterprising and socially conscious six month olds in the early fifties, my fellow bawlers and I engaged in Occupy University crib-ins where we shook our rattles at all the leftist profs when they left the university buildings at the end of their classes.
Probably one of those Tyler Texas trailer houses designed for South Texas but shipped to Northern NM instead. Practicaly no insulation in them at all, with a Coleman Central gas heater which will burn out in a few days after the guarantee expires.
Walls composed of one sheet of aluminum, one piece of 1” thick fiberglass “insulation”, interior paneling or cardbord fake. Definitly will NOT keep out the cold wind.
Been there.
