You seem to be suffering from the delusion that Free Republic is a Republican website. It is a CONSERVATIVE website.
There is a huge difference. If you are a Conservative the Republican Party Elite are NOT your friends.
There are rules on this site, the same as on countless sites on the internet. These rules are: conservatism only please, don’t attack other posters, no profanity, no violence.
I’ve had posts questioned in the past, too. I could see how they probably violated one of the above rules, so I really had no problem with it.
Anyone who stays home because Romney is the nominee, votes 1/2 vote for Obama. I hope Romney is not the nominee, but Obama is way too scary to stay home. And, I don’t come here much because there are other sites.

I already said I do not support Romney. But, if he gets the pubbie nomination, you have a choice, stay home 1/2 vote for Obama, vote for Obama 1 vote or vote for Romney 1 vote. So, you are saying by voting in the general election for Romney I am supporting Obama. Wow, that is deep.
