(CNN) -- The attorney for a woman who accused presidential hopeful Herman Cain of sexual harassment in the late 1990s said Thursday his client is not prepared to hold a news conference about the allegations until all the other reported victims agree to join her. Joel Bennett said his client, Karen Kraushaar, has tried to reach two other women who also claim they were sexually harassed by Cain during his 1996-99 stint as head of the National Restaurant Association.

I respect him too. How many Pubbies are out of office because they cowered before the bullying? One example, Trent Lott, who was drummed out because he said we wouldn’t be in such a boat if Strom Thurmond had been elected president in 1948 and Strom was a Segregationist then.

But Kennedy can let a mistress die, Barney Frank can have a male brothel run out of his senate office...it goes on and on and all they have to do is accuse and heckle and bully a Pubbie and they cave.

Cain should fight with both barrels blaring.

Yes, Mr. Wood, gave the same advice to these women that I did immediately. Having sat as the deciding arbitrator in dozens of these type cases, I cautioned the women coming forward as accusers of Mr. Cain to be very cautious. My experience has taught me that 90% percent of these cases proceed without merit at the direction of a “shyster” attorney. I’ll be quiet, other then to say the attorney Joel Bennett, would not be permitted to defend his client before our board of grievance. No facts, No Hearing. IMHO, if Ms. Bailek has any brains, she will uncouple herself from this farce immediately, for if Lin Wood gets involved and she does have not an absolute airtight case, she will be a poor women for eternity.

A press conference implies questions will be asked. These women have ZERO interest in answering questions. This is all smoke and mirrors, innuendo, unsubstantiated claims etc...that should have been ignored from the get-go until some actual, provable, facts were available.

These bimbos and their lawyers had better watch out. It’s no longer a situation where someone is going to pay them $45,000 just to keep them quiet and avoid legal expenses.

Actually, I think her name should be sell a lick. She does’t offer money. She wants the money given to her.

The same software that showed Herman Cain was telling the truth when he denied the allegations against him at his press conference and showed Bialek was lying at her press conference.

While not admissable in court, the risk for taking such a test, especially if you are telling the truth, is pretty high. The fact that he jumped at the occassion as a way to prove his integrity says more about the man than the test results.

I have been saying the same thing since the first day. His name recognition has gone from around 50% to something surpassing even Mittens. He is an inspirational speaker with an inspirational life. This smear campaign would have brought down almost anyone other than Mr. Cain. The other day I heard Juan Williams defending him. My wife and I heard two old black men at The Old Country Buffet talking about it and they were very worked up. They considered it an assault on all black men. I expect to see a small dip in a few polls and then a steady increase as more and more people start listening to what Mr. Cain has to say.

If they exist and if Bennett represented them (I read that somewhere) in the NRA ‘agreements’, then he violated the non-disclosure agreement himself. I know, I know - 2 ‘if’ statements... it is a stretch.

“Nobody wants to talk because there is nothing to say, and they dont want to join the absurd circus. “

Actually, she knows that if she’s part of a large group, she cannot be ‘cross-examined’ - which is why this bimbo won’t go alone. I heard that on Rush or somewhere, and it makes perfect sense.

Of course, on difference between Dems and ‘Pubs is that the Dems stand by their own even when they’re in the wrong. ‘Pubs desert their own who run afoul of the MSM even when they’re totally right.

It’s sure looked to me like he’s doing just that. There is no defense to this kind of charge so the only option left is go on offense. Raise the stakes. In the end, liberals are wimps. They’ll fold.

One of the first questions they would be asked is “would you be willing to take a lie detector test like Mr. Cain said he would?” That right there has caused them to take a step back.

“The Left and their Rovian accomplices got what they wanted though. Not entirely, of course, like Cain’s head on a platter. But they severely damaged his nomination hopes and forever scarred his name. Scumbag”

No, they haven’t. They’re just admitting that these tricks don’t work well on an INFORMED Tea Party base. They see the polling, and the best they can say is that they prevented Cain from turning a lead into a wipeout, for now. They DO NOT want Cain to be the nominee, but they are quickly running out of time to stop him and if he’s the nominee, he just might win.

I really think “they” knew the harassment charges wouldn’t stick but that if the right knew Cain was hitting on white women they would sour on him. Fail.

damn, that is exac tly what i was thinking. The minute he was introduced by Wood at the presser, I realized right then and there that Cain wasn’t going to let them walk all over him. he hired the right person at the right time for the right reason. That is LEADERSHIP!

OH, it’s GONNA Happen. Just a matter of when.

You see, whomever leaked this story has a Plan B. Cause Everybody’s gotta have a Plan B according to orator Master P, lol

Seriously though, if the harassment charges don’t stick I can already tell you what’s coming next. The unidentified NJ accuser worked with Larry Forth, who stole thousands from the Cracker Barrel PAC. When she finally does come out, the focus will most likely shift from harrassment to unethical accounting practices at the NRA PAC. I.E.....

Her: I saw Mr. Forth steal money, complained to management and they did nothing!!! I was forced to go along with shady practices and was going to blow the whistle on them!

Media: Let’s Audit the NRA PAC! Any slight oversight found would be reported to reflect poorly on Mr. Cain.

Now, I KNOW this is what their working on now, Plan B. Honestly, I don’t know how it’s going to turn out for Cain if any wrongdoings were done in the PAC while he served as CEO.

However, this came out in 2003, a year before Cain ran for Senate. I will bet a Chicken Dinner that Johnny Isakson and his staff already looked into it and were planning to run with it had he not cleared the 50% hurdle to win the primary outright. If Isakson’s 2004 staff got the info, then the Cain staff better get what he has from them to cut this story off at the pass. It’s coming, it’s only a matter of time when the press decides to look into it.

Also, to those people that are still supporting Rick Perry, I hate to inform you that more evidence is mounting that Chris Wilson is a mole, and that he was paid to set the Perry campaign up in regards to the harassment allegations.

I now believe that Chris Christie (possilby in conjunction with Karl Rove) is what prompted the allegations to come out when they did.

I think Christie had a motive in retaliating against Herman Cain for Cain’s comments that Christie was too liberal:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/10/02/herman-cain-chris-christie-2012_n_991026.html

More to come on this. Still working it.

All they have succeeded in doing is in raising Cain’s profile and making him a national figure. They boosted his standing with conservatives.

I hope you're right.

Though his supporters have stuck with him, I fear he may not gain new ones because of this. In fact, the recent swing toward Gingrich may be an indication of that.

We'll know pretty soon.
