So, all he is doing is repeating hearsay. How much weight would that have in a court of law?

If he is the same boyfriend that Bialek claims she told that Mr. Cain had been "sexually inappropriate" but she didn't give him any details, then what could this guy possibly have to add to this already dubious story?

In other words, he was NOT a eye witness to what ever events happen, just a listener to hearsay and gossip of what Bialek or Allred had to say, or couched him to say and lie about Herman Cain.... or ? he could have been a deal Allred struck with some other lawyer to help Zuckerman get out of trouble ?
