The National Lawyers Guild says it has obtained a court that allows Occupy Wall St. protesters to return with tents to a New York City park.

The guild says the injunction prevents the city from enforcing park rules on Occupy Wall Street protesters.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg says the city knew about the court order but has not seen it. He says the city plans to go court immediately.

I did not know that was the first level court. Hopefully they get the order over turned.

Glad you picked up on my elections have consequences comment because sifting though some of the rhetoric on this board regarding what will happen if some don’t get their candidate as in they don’t vote, I am worried we end up with the community organizer in chief for a second term and the end of the republic as diminished as it is already.

National Lawyers Guild (NLG) featured Bernardine Dohrn as its keynote regional conference speaker APRIL 2.

The NLG is a communist group of lawyers that monitor communist events such as so-called "anti-war" rallies. They've been at it for some time. They wear bright neon green baseball caps.

Undercover agent Larry Grathwohl discusses the Weather Underground's post-revolution governing plans for the United States:

Larry Grathwohl:

"I asked, 'well what is going to happen to those people we can't reeducate, that are diehard capitalists?' and the reply was that they'd have to be eliminated. And when I pursued this further, they estimated they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these reeducation centers. And when I say 'eliminate,' I mean 'kill.' Twenty-five million people. I want you to imagine sitting in a room with 25 people, most of which have graduate degrees, from Columbia and other well-known educational centers, and hear them figuring out the logistics for the elimination of 25 million people. And they were dead serious."

So. Maybe you're like me and wondering "Where did these people find a judge who would issue a court order allowing them to break the law?" Maybe you said to yourself "Must be some kind of lefty loony-toons judge to do something like that." Oh, how right your are: Meet Justice Lucy Billings. Justice Lucy Billings Judge Billings ran for Supreme Court First Judicial District(New York) in 2009. Here is an info page about her career. http://nycourtsystem.com/applications/jcec2009/Bio2009.php?ID=699 The money quote? "25 years at the ACLU National Headquarters and as Litigation Director in Legal Services" That pretty much says it all.

“the owners ARE having their say. They’re telling the rest of us to shove it. “

How are they telling you to shove it? Are you the owner of the park? What do you have to do with protesters in NY?

Yeah, let's see how long that ruling stands.
I have yet to have someone explain the benefit to society of having these people camp out in a park, rape, assault and steal from each other, and wallow in their own filth.

Actually, I hope that this "occupy" circus goes on until the 2012 elections.

The problem with the "occupiers" is that they can't count - they are not a "99%" - they may be, at most, between 0.0099% and 0.099%; that's a difference in orders of magnitude.

Democrats already start to understand that the "occupiers" are a liability, not an asset, and that the focus has already shifted from the "Wall Street fat cats" and "big bankers" to the "occupiers themselves and how they hurt the real 99%.

Small Business Owners Tell Occupy Wall Street: You're Hurting the 99% - CNBC / CSM, 2011 November 11

The evidence is that few Democrats recently came out endorsing the OWS and big city Democratic mayors are facing major problems with and are trying to disperse and disband the OWS wannabes.

I say that the putsch has failed miserably, and the Dems want this blight out of the public's sight and mind.

Moved here from Brighton, so anyone from The Mitten is welcome. Bring some poles, we have plenty of bass, bluegill and crappy in the lake, also we are thick with deer. If TSHTF I would so rather be here surrounded by good honest folk who can shoot and help out than anywhere else.

The park is private property. I support their ability to protest within the law. If the protesters were conservative minded, most here would support them as well.

If they are breaking the law, they should be dealt with. On the other hand, if they are just dirty and smelly, that does not constitute breaking the law. If they are not breaking the law, the police should get off their backs.

The protesters seem to be made up of three groups: a) anarchists, b) conservative folks who are fed up with the bank bailouts, and c) nutcase/criminals. Not a cohesive group by any means, yet the media is painting them as one.

All while obama vacays in Hawaii under the guise of saying Americans are lazy to earn his paycheck.

It is ludicrous! The MSM need tar and feathered now! They are so concentrating on Obama’s pathetic poll numbers and bashing GOP contenders they ignore Obama and his wife pigging out on steak and lobster in Hawaii.

Also:What about Obama’s open mic anti-Israel remark? This is foreign policy news. What about a sitting POTUS thumbing his nose up at a subpoena and using his fast and furious crimes to promote gun legislation? It is all insane!

A sitting POTUS allowed too vacation while cities are being mob ruled with rape and the MSM does nothing but play nasty sound bytes to discredit Cain? WHILE Obama vacations and watches freaking basketball?

If there was ever a place that needed a border fence NOW, this is it. And be sure the OWSies are inside when the fence is completed. Razor wire, no gates, the works.

President Obama and Occupy Movement —

Time to Take Action
Yahoo! Contributor Network
By L. Vincent
Nov 13, 2011

COMMENTARY | As many have predicted, the Occupy Movement has gotten out of hand. Crime in the “communities” is on the rise and eviction notices for the occupied areas are being ignored. Businesses around the occupied areas are struggling. It is past time for President Barack Obama to step in and figure out a way to stop the violence and dissidence.

When the Occupy Movement took roots in New York, we all believed the movement would last for a few days to a week or two at most. As the inspiration to speak out spread across the country, more cities were added and more people came out. As psychology would teach, the larger groups get, the more chances you have for irrational behavior and outright crime. Even though President Obama has essentially ignored the movement, I am sure that he has seen the increase in reports of sexual abuse, strikes against the police and the refusal to gather peacefully.

President Obama states he wants to help out small businesses, but he is turning a blind eye to the businesses that have to reduce staff or close their doors because nobody can get to their business because of the Occupy Movement. Like all leaders, the president tries to portray himself as someone that is strict on crime. The occupied areas are riddled with crime, but he does nothing.

The leader of the White House is known for making impressive speeches. Maybe it is time to get those speechwriters together to come up with an impassioned set of remarks that can point out how the Occupy Movement has defeated itself and become a danger to the stability of their neighborhoods. A reduction of numbers can become more manageable by local law enforcement.

The Obama Administration has proven that it would rather deal with foreign affairs by threatening sanctions. It might be time to make threats against the occupiers. The numbers are sure to reduce when the dissidents come to the realization that their movement has spiraled out of control and become a national issue.

It is time for the president to finally take a stand against the movement before their actions get worse. The president needs to say something before the National Guard is called out to evacuate the areas. President Obama needs to speak up, or would his friends at the now-defunct ACORN get upset?

"Galt's Gulch?!"

All our friends have been referring to it as the compound lately. :)

Funny thing is, they all know that if it gets really bad they have a place to run to that's out of the way and they will be welcomed and safe. Might be sleeping on the floor and eating off the grill but at least they won't be in the city surrounded by thousands of others looking for resources.

(and having a few extra trigger fingers if things get REALLY bad would be worth the mouths to feed too...)
