He knows he will be sued down to his sox. A building under construction, L'ambiance Plaza, collapsed in 1987 killing dozens of workers. The lawyers sued everyone in sight, even the canteen truck driver. Getting sued is no measure of guilt. It's more of a measure of how much money you have.
