Police in riot gear face down Occupy protesters inside bank
November 16, 2011 | 3:11 pm

Police in riot gear warned Occupy San Francisco protesters who took over the lobby of a Bank of America in the city’s financial district Wednesday that they would be arrested if they did not leave the premises.

About 20 officers with helmets and batons entered the bank on California Street about 2:45 p.m. and warned protesters sitting in the lobby that they would be arrested and cited. Organizers circulated fliers advising protesters what to do if they were taken into custody.

Some demonstrators left the bank, but about 75 remained, chanting, “We shall not be moved!” Others taunted police: "You're sexy, you're cute, take off your riot suit!"

Causing trouble in a bank can be a federal issue. The banks should demand the FBI get involved and lock these people up in prison. SF police will just cite them and let them go so they can do it again and again and again.

I am worried about my daughter. She works in a Bay Area bank which has been vandalized several times lately. I told her about this and told her to keep her eyes open if too many people start showing up at their bank.

Lemme guess, it's ILLEGAL to carry in S.F.

Wouldn't want anybody to protect themselves you know.

Remind people - every chance you get - that these are Oboma supporters who are protesting for other peoples money.
It doesn't go over well with normal people.

I live in the Bay Area and I make my husband go with me to the bank I am afraid I will get beat up. This is ridiculous
and I am fed up. Your daughter will be fine but it is always good to keep her eyes peeled where ever she is.

I love the sound of cop batons cracking anarcho skulls early in the morning. It sounds like...good housekeeping.

Somebody in CA called me a little while ago and told me that the cops were waiting til 5:00 pm to clear the bank (they’re in the B of A in downtown SF) so that the employees wouldn’t be caught in the midst of anything. It’s about 5:30 there now, so I imagine whatever is going on is in full swing.

Hopefully the anarchist losers just dragged their sorry little backsides out the door when 5:00 pm came around.

Are the Occupiers the left’s Frankenstein? They pieced them together and created them but they are turning against them (as they ought).

A prayer lifted up to The Heavenly Father for your daughter's protection. May He keep her from all harm and bless her in Jesus Holy Name, Amen.
