I, and the majority of Free Republic, have never even heard of this gentleman or his candidacy for President until you provided this information. You're apparently the insider, expert, and icon when it comes to homosexuality.

This was a thread to collect information. I've seen threads over 10,000+ strong for a prayer request for a dog, tree, swapping recipes or whatever. I figured we could start one to generate some information, links, and enthusiasm for our candidates.

I once, many years ago, sent a small check for a ballot measure. They got my name, phone number and address. That has been sold to every politician between here and China. I am sick of political season with the relentless and endless taped phone calls. I have to take time away from a customer for this crap.

Really? I've seen FR solicitations on literally every thread, and solicitations for every other cause under the sun, for over a decade.
Full disclosure: I have contributed to FR for several years.
I laughed at this vanity because I wondered who in the world would need to know how to contribute to their favorite candidate here at FR. We are generally a few steps ahead of the pack and very politically active. Then I see that you had to look up who the punch line faggot Fred Karger is. Jeez. You may be right. There may be a few folks here who may not be able to send dough to there favored candidate on there own. Who knew?
