More detail coming out now - sounds like robbery was at least a partial motive, and the one person under arrest is a high school junior:

the internet makes people feel like they are more anonymous even though Craigslist duly logs IP addresses and cooperates with police. “On the Web, nobody knows you’re a dog” (or something like it).

Authorities are believed to have identified the suspect through their Internet use, including emails and text messages.

According to an interview aired Thursday by WEWS (Channel 5) Hannum said the surviving victim “had been corresponding with this ‘Jack’ via email and text messaging, so with some forensic evidence from computers, that led us to our suspects.”

IMHO, our nation has been degenerating. We moved from a God fearing, well organized nation after WWII, drifted towards drugs, atheism, adultery, abortion(murder/infanticide), extortion, liars, homosexuality, witchcraft, and I suspect murder/homocide in the next decade may become what homosexuality appeared some 20 years ago.

It should also be noted that politics are dynamic. Where one of the above vices/criminal behavior becomes accepted, there are a litany of degenerate repercussions throughout the body politic.

I suspect some advanced forms of witchcraft associate murder as a stepping stone to control demonic forces and advance the power of the murderer. With the public acceptance of witchcraft, be prepared for a large number of these heinous activities to occur in stealth, and those which are exposed are only the tip of the iceberg.

What troubles me the most is not the fact that an "individual" can commit such a random, heinous act of murder, we read about them all the time. It's the fact that such an individual can meet and team up with another twisted, like minded person........Kinda like Jack the Ripper and Son of Sam becoming buddies.....

How does that happen?

This undated photo provided by the Summit County Sheriff Department in Ohio shows Richard J. Beasley. Beasley's mother, Carol Beasley, said Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, her son has "a very caring heart" and was a mentor to a teenager charged in a deadly robbery scheme in which police say victims were lured with bogus help-wanted ads on Craigslist. Carol Beasley told The Associated Press that she spoke to her son Richard and she prays that a newspaper report that he is a suspect is not true. (AP Photo/Summit County Sheriff Department)

Older man...teenage boy. I'm betting they did or planned a little more than just killing their victims. Homosexual activity sounds like a definite possibility before death.

AKRON — Richard Beasley’s desire to stay out of prison prompted a deadly scheme to kill others and assume their identities, sources tell Channel 3 Akron Bureau Chief Eric Mansfield.

As a career criminal, the 52-year-old Akron man was likely facing hard time on new charges of drug trafficking and promoting prostitution, sources said, so he’d been on the run for months to include changing his hair color to maintain his disguise.
