I can see the law suits now as sexual predators will have a field day in the girls rooms of Massachusetts. Wasn’t this one reason why this type of legislation fell flat in liberal NYC a few years ago?

So basically I could claim I’m a woman but I don’t want to wear a dress but I’ll go into and use the ladies room anyway.

Lets all celebrate mental illness and codify it in law.
What is really needed is a sensible law which states that if a transgender or crossdressing person engages in sex with a non-transgender or non-crossdressing person without first informing them of their true status then they would be guilty of rape or the legal equivalent of rape.
In my mind, it is already morally and ethically rape.
I think my girlfriend would have me wear her glasses while I was driving,since I was a bit far-sighted,I don’t usually wear my own glasses while I drive on my own.So when we’re together she’d put them on me not as a fashion statement but because she thought I was blind as a bat(which I am not thankfully).
I kinda doubt she would want me to be in the “transgender class gay-thing”.
Still what a compromised and stupid place we had in the middle of New England.
All “disturbing the peace” laws are going to have to be tossed out.
