In mid June, the union appointees within Barack Obamas National Labor Relations Board issued a Notice of Proposed Rule Making on the procedures governing NLRB-conducted elections. Despite the fact that unions already win more than 60% of all secret-ballot elections and the median time frame between a union petition for and election and the election itself is 38 days, the proposed rule change would like shorten that time drastically, creating an ambush union campaign on targeted employers and employees.
When the NLRBs union appointees issued the notice, it was met with a tremendous outcry from Americas employers, as well as the sole GOP member at the NLRB.
The boards lone Republican, Brian Hayes, issued a vigorous dissent, saying the proposal would result in the type of quickie elections union leaders have long sought. Hayes claimed elections could be held in as little as 10 to 21 days from the filing of a petition, giving employers less of a chance to make their case.

The list, ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Remember the union bosses and thugs know where you live.
“Open ballots” and “card check” will make intimidation and retaliation so much easier.

Stop this 1930’s retro-fantasy about how tough Marxist union slobs are. I lived in Big Union Michigan for 20 years. Most union goons aren’t worth crap in a simple bar fight. The big union bosses are 300-lb fat blobs who find a barstool at 7am and suck down beer and shots until 5 pm. Then momma comes to get him to reintroduce fat, drunk poppa to the kids for a few minutes, until he passes out on the couch.
The No. 1 goal of union pigs is to find a shyster and a quack who can land them the gold ring of lifetime worker’s comp.
Does the NLRB perform a function needed or wanted by “we the people”?
Sounds like an opportunity to help the super committee with their budget cuts.
and by this time next year ,you will be in a union or you will be unemployed or in a gulag
I’m Unemployed now, Hate Unions, and escaped from one Gulag before, so being in another doesn’t stress me.
