StPaul was clear: better serve God than woman in marriage. But if one burns, let him marry. Christ promoted castrations of all kind if it was a way to get to know Him.
Married priests must be subserviant to priests and so should their spouse and marriage be controled and under scrutiny. You cannot track both a business of procreation and that of orienting it to rightful ends save by Grace of Christ. Itms why society has officers and sergeants. One must remain pure from direct involvement, like the angels.
