Besides blowing stuff up for fun and practice, I figure my most likely real-life “use case” would involve me half-awake in my underwear minus my glasses. I prolly wouldn’t have my ammo-vest on. :-)

Aimpoint, Eotech and C-More all make quality products and have all been battle proven. C-more is the best bang for the buck at $300 or so IMHO, but you have to get what YOU like....Just like there is no "best" movie, there is no "best" setup, once basic reliability is proven.
