Authorities are probing two new cases of child sex-abuse allegations against former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky, the Patriot-News reports.
The two cases were reported less than 60 days ago, according to the newspaper, and the investigation by Children and Youth Services in Pennsylvania is still in its initial stages.
The agency only joins an investigation when the allegations are made by victims still under 18.
If the accusations are deemed credible, they would be the first known cases since Sandusky's arrest to come from current children. The other child sex-abuse cases against Sandusky involve alleged victims who are now adults.

WHY?
Why does the media like to use the word ‘probe’ when discussing sexual abuse cases?
Anyway... BTTT.
And if it occurred, it took place while the AG was taking her time with the investigation?
how can an agency be "investigating" something like this that takes 2 months?.....ridiculous...
That caught my eye right off.
It’s an outrage that this Sandusky creep is out on bail.
Amazing how the homosexualized media labels rape of a boy as barely perceptible abuse. Go figure.
Where were these agencies when Frank Marshall Davis was raping Barry Soetoro aka “Barack Hussein Obama?”
Time to go before Sandusky pleads he is the victim and has been fighting this horrible sickness for years:
six, five, four, three..........
Having prosecuted and defended people charged with child molesting offenses, I can tell you that there is no other crime I despise as much as this one. The reason is the same regardless of which side of the courtroom I’m on. If the defendant committed the crime, the law doesn’t allow the punishment they deserve.
However, there are also a fair number of people serving long sentences for child molesting who didn’t do anything. Once the machinery of the state gets a complaint, they automatically consider the victim’s story as true. Denials by a suspect are considered lies. In fact, I have had more than one trained interviewer admit that when they do an interview of a child, the interviewer’s goal is to get a statement, not necessarily the truth. Children can be coaxed, coached or even coerced to make these allegations. In response to the original poster’s comment about making allegations against a priest to extort money from the church, don’t be shocked. Don’t assume the child’s statements have to be true; young children do not understand the adult ramifications of these allegations. There are shady parents out there who would do this for money, just as there were no doubt priests who abused kids. It’s a sick world out there.
That’s why I despise these cases. There is no excuse for the sexual abuse of children. However, our system of determining whether abuse happened or not is far from perfect. There are often only two people who know the real truth, and there is just as often no real way of determining who is telling it.
What, they think he just stopped that behaviour years ago? Like it was just a "phase"?
The only think that stops them from raping children is prison bars, or a bullet.
If you haven’t read the grand jury testimony, I would suggest it. You will then gain new perspective on this sick b@stard and the cover-up. There will be more and more kids come forward and unearth what this monster did for years. - horsing around in the shower??? Yeah, right!
This is no witch hunt, this is a case that should have been opened 13 years ago and jailed Sandusky back then. Instead he got a slap on the wrist and got to continue raping children.
Actually, it's the opposite. I read somewhere the average male pedophile/pederast has 107 victims.
When some one comes out in the middle of this and accuses a priest and there are exactly zero other victims, it makes me wonder.
This guy’s bail needs to be revoked.
I read some of it. I could only read so much.
In this case, however, it appears you have adult witnesses to the sodomization and a long, long trail of incidents.
So I think it’s a pretty solid case.
You make some very valid points. Excellant, articulate post.
