Yes. I do. Moreover they created the entire situation in the first place by involving themselves in a young man's mental disorder and exacerbating it:

King's mother should sue the school big time. And then McInerney's parents should sue them too, at a minimum to pay for a good defense of the kid that they put through such emotional hell that it drove him to lash out the way he did with their PC game-playing.
I would sure like to see a case testing a parent’s right concerning a parent’s right to preclude public education from messing with their child’s sexuality. In fact IMHO, this isn’t just a civil matter, I think it’s criminal. That stupid teacher’s behavior, bouncing the child’s gay tendencies off of the rest of the class, amounted to reckless endangerment. The school officials who ignored the mother’s pleas this should be put in a dress and thrown in jail.
